Transformational Leadership in Africa (TLAfrica, Inc.) was born out of a desire to bring transformation to Africa. What God is doing through His Gospel in the world is revolutionary effecting the deepest part of our human existence. He is changing us by His Spirit and with His power from old to new. He is reaching to the “core” of who we are impacting our very destiny and design in such radical ways that the only word that comes close to describe it is “TRANSFORMATION”! Join us in what God is doing and experience His transforming presence in your life.
Faustin Ntamushobora, trained by his father to be a priest to ancestors, became a follower of Christ during his adolescence. His life was impacted by his mother’s faith that she demonstrated when she forgave those who had killed her three children the same week. Faustin’s faith and that of his wife Salome was further intensely refined during the Rwanda genocide of 1994.
Faustin and Salome have studied at Shalom University in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Daystar University in Nairobi, Kenya and Biola University in La Mirada, California, USA. The couple shares the passion of bringing holistic transformation in African communities. They have four grown children and one grandson who now makes their greatest joy!
Faustin serves as Associate Professor at Africa International University in Nairobi, Kenya. Him and his wife frequently travel together to train pastors and women leaders in east and central Africa.
